Patient-Doctor Messaging

You can easily send and receive messages to and from your doctor through Patient Portal’s secure messaging system. This feature is similar to an email account, but offers the security necessary to maintain doctor-patient confidentiality.

Appointments and Referrals

Through Patient Portal you can manage all appointments with your doctor. You can view upcoming appointments with specific details regarding the date, time, doctor and location. In addition, prior to your appointment, you may complete an “Instant Medical History”. This provides the doctor with information about your health in order to better treat you when you arrive.

Track Your Health

Labs and Forms

Your doctor can easily forward your lab results along with an explanation of results through Patient Portal. You can also fill out any necessary paper forms prior to your appointment. Arriving with completed and signed forms reduces wait time at your next visit.

  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Food intake
  • Blood sugar
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood pressure

Health Reports

You can print your personal health record report, emergency report and emergency card. Also, you can print a report outlining your medical history to take to other doctors using different medical records system.

Maintain Your Profile

Manage your general information and contact information, including name, address, phone number, birth date, employer and even student status if applicable. In addition, a preferred pharmacies listing can be created along with provider lists and insurance information.
